About Ishtech
Software for an industry that still runs on paper.
Ishtech Software Pvt Ltd builds focused B2B SaaS products for the vehicle repossession and parking-yard management industry in India. We started with the problems yards and agencies actually deal with every day: registers that don’t match receipts, WhatsApp chains that lose status, and month-end audits that take days instead of minutes.
Our first products are YardPro for parking-yard operations, evidence, and billing, and YardPro Repo for field repossession agencies. Together they cover the path from seizure in the field to authorized release from the yard.
We are not trying to be a generic “vertical ERP.” We build for one operational niche at a time, deeply enough that banks, NBFCs, agencies, and yard operators can share a trustworthy digital trail.

A few principles we hold when deciding what to build and what to leave out.
Built with operators
Workflows come from how yards and agencies actually work: cash vs billing clients, TAT days, sub-agency reporting, not from a template of “enterprise modules” that nobody on the floor will use.
Narrow beats generic
We would rather be exact for repossession and yard operations than vaguely useful for every logistics business. Depth in one industry beats a thin layer across many.
